We have worked with Fox Ridge Pools since we've had our pool remodeled earlier this year. The team has been great to work with. Pool service has been top notch, but what I really have come to value is the timely maintenance of my pool equipment. They are quick to identify any potential problems/leaks and fix it. The team has also spent some time reconfiguring my controls and getting everything set up on my phone, so that we can control our lights/heater. I was impressed by his transparency and expertise that I signed up for their weekly pool service the same day. My son, who is an avid swimmer, says this is the most comfortable pool water he can remember swimming in—no burning eyes, no heavy chlorine smell, and the pool is always exceptionally clean.
