Pool Maintenance

I can’t say enough good things about Fox Ridge Pools this company. From the first interaction to the completion of the project, everything went smoothly. The team was professional, friendly, punctual, and paid close attention to the details. They kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and made sure the work was completed properly. I really appreciated how respectful and easy to work with everyone was. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I’m very happy with the final results. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about doing a great job and keeping customers satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Professional, Prompt, Integrity . Sean and his team are experts in the industry.

We have worked with Fox Ridge Pools since we've had our pool remodeled earlier this year. The team has been great to work with. Pool service has been top notch, but what I really have come to value is the timely maintenance of my pool equipment. They are quick to identify any potential problems/leaks and fix it. The team has also spent some time reconfiguring my controls and getting everything set up on my phone, so that we can control our lights/heater. We highly recommend Fox Ridge Pool if you are in the market for a high quality, stress free pool cleaning/maintenance service.

Best pool cleaning company I had th pleasure of working with!

As a new pool owner in Richardson, I realized early on that maintaining our pool equipment and keeping the water chemistry balanced was beyond my expertise and patience. After interviewing several pool service companies, Sean with Fox Ridge Pools stood out in his professionalism. During the initial consultation, he gave me a comprehensive walkthrough of our existing pool equipment and its condition. He even took the extra time to troubleshoot a faulty pool heater that a previous inspector told us was a total loss. Sean demonstrated his approach to chemical balancing, and the reality of understanding and implementing made me realize I was right to hire this out. I was impressed by his transparency and expertise that I signed up for their weekly pool service the same day. My son, who is an avid swimmer, says this is the most comfortable pool water he can remember swimming in—no burning eyes, no heavy chlorine smell, and the pool is always exceptionally clean. If you need reliable pool maintenance, I highly recommend Fox Ridge Pools. I plan to be a customer for a long time!

Fox Ridge Pools, a true family business, has been taking care of our pool for 12+ years. They've always been so helpful, honest and reliable. Any question I have, I send a text and get a personal response right away. They take great care of their customers. I highly recommend!

I’ve used Fox Ridge Pools for over a year to clean and service my swimming pool. Sean and his employees have done an outstanding job of keeping my pool clean. They arrive promptly on the same day each week and service the pool. Sean also provides maintenance when necessary. He has sent me online links for parts that have been used for repairs. I highly recommend this company because of their integrity, service, and reasonable price.

Sean at Fox Ridge Pools does a fantastic job cleaning and taking care of my pool every week. I had to go through 3 different pool cleaning companies before I found Fox Ridge Pools. Those other companies did not do a good job, but Sean has been a lifesaver. I trust him taking care of my pool and am so glad I found him!!! He is extremely reliable and does a thorough job.
