Sean demonstrated his approach to chemical balancing, and the reality of understanding and implementing made me realize I was right to hire this out. I was impressed by his transparency and expertise that I signed up for their weekly pool service the same day. My son, who is an avid swimmer, says this is the most comfortable pool water he can remember swimming in—no burning eyes, no heavy chlorine smell, and the pool is always exceptionally clean.
